Baby's size

About the size of a peach — 7.4cm. Welcome to the second trimester.

What's happening

Baby's vocal cords are developing. The intestines, which were growing into the umbilical cord, are moving into the abdomen.

Your body

Energy typically returns. Nausea usually settles for most women.
